Thank you for visiting our website. This document is our Terms of Service (i.e., “Agreement”) for NextGen Cleaning LLC's website. It is a legally binding contract between our Company; visitors; users; and customers. If you do not agree with these terms or are under the age of eighteen, we ask that you do not use, access this website, or reserve services through our Company.

We reserve the right to amend or change our Terms of Service at any time. By continuing to use our website and services, you agree to these provisions. Our Privacy Policy is separate from this Agreement.

For the purpose of this Agreement, NextGen Cleaning LLC may also be referred to as “We,” “Us,” or “Our.” A Customer or Client may also be referred to as “You” or “Your.”

Cleaning Services

NextGen Cleaning LLC provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services.

When scheduling online, you will be prompted to provide your contact information as well as selecting a specific cleaning service. We will also need to know the size of the premises to be cleaned, number of bathrooms, and any other specifications.

Keep in mind that all bookings will always have a one to two (1-2) hour arrival window due to unexpected delays or force majeure events. Rate increases or changes will be posted on our website and/or customers will be notified via email.

Scheduling and Confirmation

Confirmation:

Booking a cleaning service online does not automatically guarantee an appointment for that day and time. Scheduling conflicts may occur. One of our representatives will contact you via email or phone to confirm your appointment.

To keep prices low and avoid trip fees, we schedule cleanings in an order that minimizes driving time. If you need a specific time, we will do our best to accommodate you but cannot guarantee availability.

Customer Availability:

The Customer is expected to be on-site at the time of the cleaner’s arrival unless prior arrangements have been made for a security code or key.

If our cleaners are unable to access the premises, a $100.00 lockout fee will apply.

Payment

Payment for services can be made via credit or debit card through the Client Portal on our website or via phone. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

We reserve the right to collect and retain your credit/debit card information for payment of services rendered. Your card will not be charged until after the scheduled cleaning has been completed.

Payment Options and Discounts:

We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning service plans. Customers may enroll in recurring services and authorize our Company to charge the card on file after each cleaning.

Customers may also request additional services via the Client Portal, phone, or email.

Financial Responsibility:

You agree to be personally and financially responsible for all outstanding balances. This includes, but is not limited to, collection costs, attorneys’ fees, and legal costs associated with unpaid invoices.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. However, if you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will revisit your home or office to correct any issues at no additional charge.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for any reason, including:

Weapons on premises

Extreme clutter

Disconnected utilities

Aggressive pets

Cancellations & Lockouts

24-Hour Cancellation Policy:

Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules to avoid a $100.00 cancellation fee.

Failure to provide timely notice will result in a $100.00 fee charged to the card on file.

Lockouts:

If our cleaners are unable to access the property upon arrival, are turned away at the door, or denied entry without notice, a $100.00 lockout fee will be charged.

Security and Alarms

By scheduling a cleaning service, you are granting our representatives access to your premises.

Security Systems:

If your home has a security system, please provide us with:

Instructions to disable/enable the system

The access code (if applicable)

Failure to provide proper access may result in a lockout fee.

Keys:

NextGen Cleaning LLC is not responsible for damages or theft if a client leaves a door unlocked or places a key in an unsecured location.

Upon termination of services, we will return all client keys within 48 hours or on the next business day.

Damages & Liability

Our cleaners take reasonable precautions when cleaning your property. However, accidents happen.

Limited Liability:

We are not responsible for damages caused by:

Regular wear and tear

Improper installation of fixtures, artwork, or collectibles

Items that were not disclosed during the booking process

Personal Items:

If you have fragile or irreplaceable items, please inform us before your scheduled cleaning.

Non-Solicitation

For a period of one year after service termination, customers agree not to directly hire or solicit any cleaner affiliated with NextGen Cleaning LLC.

Website Usage

Visitors to our website are prohibited from:

Copying or downloading content

Using bots or data extraction software

Impersonating another person or entity

Engaging in harassment or cyberbullying

Violating intellectual property rights

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If any clause in this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain valid.

E-Signature Agreement:

Both parties agree to electronic signatures, which carry the same legal effect as handwritten signatures.
